Erica Spray

I started my Montessori journey as a mother and teacher in 2001. I attended North East Montessori Institute where I became a certified AMS Montessori teacher in 2004. I have been a primary lead teacher at a Montessori school in Fairfax for the past seven years, I joined SHMS on 2014 looking for an opportunity to continue teaching closer to my home in Reston.
I'm fluent in Spanish (born in Peru) and a mother of two. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, music, outdoors activities, and also practicing martial arts.
