Jeannie Minyard

Jeannie Minyard joined Sunset Hills Montessori School in July of 2012 as a primary lead teacher. She began her Montessori teaching career starting first as an assistant in 2002. Jeannie attended Northeast Montessori Institute and in June 2005 she received her Montessori Teaching Certification. As a young adult, she attended Marymount University and studied Early Childhood Education (NK-7). Jeannie has many years of experience working with children from Pre-School through middle school in a variety of settings. While raising her three children she stayed busy volunteering in the classroom, serving on the PTA board, 4-H club, Art Docent and Children's Ministries. Jeannie feels very fortunate to be teaching at such a wonderful and supportive school.
